Victor is the chief executive of Hazard Financial.  Based on his belief that all financial decisions must support the overall financial goals, he provides a wide range of investment, tax and other financial services.

Consistently a Top Producer for H.D. Vest Investment Services(SM) Victor holds four securities licenses in several states. He is also a recognized expert in all facets of taxation.  He was Director of Taxes for International Rectifier Corporation, a NYSE Company, a Supervisor at Touche Ross & Co. and a Senior Tax Specialist with Peat, Marwick, Mitchell & Co.

Victor is a licensed CPA in New York (since 1968) and California (since 1970).  He has spoken before many groups on a variety of provocative investment and tax subjects and many of his innovative ideas have been published in leading industry periodicals.
