JoAnn has worked at Hazard Financial since 1989. She is a partner in Hazard, Iwai and Associates—the company’s tax firm. Prior to 1989, JoAnn was the controller of a real estate development and construction business, a real estate brokerage company and an escrow company.
JoAnn is a licensed Enrolled Agent (EA). She specializes in construction and property development clients as well as medical practices and physicians. She performs audits, tax planning and complicated tax returns for individuals, partnerships and corporations.
She holds Series 6 and Series 63 security registrations and is a non-producing registered representative with Cetera Wealth Services, LLC. She is experienced in the implementation and administration of retirement plans. Her devotion to her clients is unparalleled.
